This Practice Deepening Group focuses on working with contemplation practices from the early Buddhist discourses for cultivating insight, and includes monthly investigation of the question 'How do the teachings of the Buddha support us as we face the unfolding Climate Crisis?'

The group also works with ongoing development of core practices such as mindfulness of breathing, lovingkindness meditation, precepts reflections and meditations for establishing right mindfulness. Each session includes time for meditation, for sharing of the teachings and for group discussion.
