Community Practice Session

Dharma Friends Community offers a monthly Community Practice Session on the third Saturday of each month, from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. at the Stanford L. Warren Branch of the Durham Public Library. These gatherings give an opportunity for those who participate in different small groups to practice together, and they offer an open door to those who do not currently participate in a Dharma Friends small group. Newcomers and visitors are welcome.

Each Community Practice Session will include introductory meditation instructions. Every month, a teaching will be offered and there will be an opportunity for questions and discussion. Visit the Calendar for information on upcoming Community Practice Sessions.
